Placing Orders
What we need so we can process your orders
To process your orders, we require
Your Billing Address
Your Delivery Address (if different)
Your Landline Telephone Number and
Your Credit Card Details
Unfortunately, mobile numbers cannot be accepted.
What we advise to process your orders
We advise you to supply your email address so that a confirmation email can be sent.
What we would appreciate when placing your order
When placing your order, we would appreciate if you could tell us where you found out about our website and any other comment you may feel useful to us.
To Place an order
Browse our catalogue until the desired item is found. Select the
icon (If you wish to purchase more than one of the item, enter the
quantity in the Qty box then click the buy icon - Max qty 20).
This will add the products to your personal shopping cart. To
subsequently alter quantities, simply click on the Basket link where you can
increase or decrease the numbers of the item you require. You can
then continue to browse the catalogue or proceed to the order form.
To delete all of a particular item from your shopping basket,
simply click on the
icon next to the item.
To delete everything form your shopping basket, click on the
icon next to the Total Price.
Delivery Costs
To Mainland UK, there are no delivery costs on Cartridges and Ink. Paper and CD Media delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping basket. For all other areas, please read our Delivery Costs page.

Inkwell Printing Supplies understands the importance of the privacy of our customers. Your details are only taken to process orders that you place with us. We do not use any of the details supplied for any form of advertising. Your details are kept confidential.
We never sell or give any of your details to any third party or individual not directly involved in the purchasing or supply of your goods.
All of your details are stored on in our Secure, Password Protected database for processing your order.

What is a Cookie
A cookie is a small piece of text stored on your computer and sent to the web site that set it. The cookie we create is only used to provide the shopping basket service and can not be used to track browsing habits. The cookie will only be set once (so if you have cookies on 'prompt' you will have to accept / reject it only once) and will be deleted next time you close your browser.

Delivery Information
All orders placed over the internet are dispatched within a couple of days and are sent by first class post or courier.
If we are temporarily out of stock of any of the items you ordered and it is likely to delay your delivery, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you.
If you do not receive your order within a week of placing it, please contact us by phone to inform us.
Returns Policy
To return a faulty item to us, please telephone us on 01873 854913 for return authorisation.
You will be asked the reason for requiring to return the item and may be given pointers on the correct use of the item. If the items still fails to function, you will be given a return authorisation.
We then ask that you return the item to us in a bubble wrap envelope or box securely (you can always use the original packaging).
Please return the faulty item to us by Recorded or Registered delivery. For large or heavy items, you will be instructed when obtaining your returns authorisation.

Remember to include a note containing your Name, Address and Telephone Number with a brief description of the problem so your return can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We cannot exchange any item unless it is found to be faulty, or the
incorrect item has been sent.
If the item is found to be faulty, it will be replace with another
item of the same type.
If the incorrect item has been sent, the correct item will be sent.
Testing
All items returned to us will be inspected and tested where possible. No items will be sent out until the items have been fully inspected. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will contact you to let you know. You will be charged the cost of carriage to return these items back to you.
